This product was so easy to set up. I was looking in my ear within 2 minutes of opening the product. The pictures and videos are accurate to what you will see. I struggle with wax build up in my left ear. I have had doctor treatment twice, but this allowed me to monitor the build up and treat it with over the counter options before it got bad. It will save me so much in copays! Educate yourself online about ear care and what is normal.
